It has been a very busy week. We've introduced a new lunch and dinner menu. The reviews are outstanding everyone if enjoying new dishes. The desserts are so summerful! We're launching a to-go menu and catering options. We hope to see ya'll real soon!
Please, please pass my compliments to Chef John for one of the most amazing meals I've had the pleasure of experiencing to date. I visited Kingsland, GA two years ago on a business trip, and 24 of us dined at Sterlings. I cannot stop thinking of the Almond-Crusted Crab dish that I ordered! While we were dining, Chef John--wearing a pair of eccentric fire/flame pajamas under his apron!--came out to greet us, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that he is as young as I am, and he must have such an promising career ahead of him. Please do pass along my compliments to him and your staff.
